I love Dr Spann and his staff. Everyone is so supportive and welcoming. I struggle with insecurity. But, Dr Spann made me feel comfortable and spent time talking with me to ease any anxiety. I am one month post op from a breast reduction and tummy tuck. My neck and back pain is gone!! I’ve been on pain medications for years but it’s completely gone. I am so pleased with my results so far and wish I would have done it sooner.

When I met Dr. Spann I needed eventual reconstruction. Dr. Spann and Alicia did the absolute most to help me feel as close to myself as possible while I recovered. This includes pep talks, hugs while I cried, honesty, encouragement, and reassurance all along the way. Here I am, a few years, a baby, and 200 pounds later recovering from a lower body lift, arm lift, and finally having a symmetrical chest - after multiple reconstructive steps.
