Dr. Spann and his team are awesome. Dr. Spann has great bed side manners and genuinely cares for his patients. He is thorough in his explanations and listens to his patients. I truly wouldn’t trust any other doctor for cosmetic surgery. Other doctors want your money but do not want to provide the proper customer service and given the type of procedure they body shame you. This is not the case with Dr. Spann. Spann goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and treated great along the way!! Don’t look any further if it is a procedure he can perform go to him. You won’t be disappointed.

Dr Spann and his Staff is amazing! He is an awesome surgeon and a really good person who cares about his patients! I had a Tummy tuck with muscle repair and I feel AND look amazing! I’m extreme happy that I chose Dr Spann and his team to preform my surgery! Would definitely recommend his services!

I don’t know where to start! I came in for a consultation for an extended tummy tuck and left knowing that Dr.Spann would be the doctor that I was going to go with!!!! Dr.Spann was is very down to earth and has an amazing staff! I’m very pleased with my results. This is a life changing decision for me and I’m glad that I picked Dr.Spann!!!

My experience with Dr. Spann and his nurses has been nothing but wonderful! He doesn’t rush you in any way, he listens to your concerns and wishes and most importantly, he is HONEST. He will tell you if he foresees any issues or if your desires are unrealistic. After my consultation, I knew exactly what to expect and I’m SO happy with my results so far (1 week post-op). The only issues we had was that the nurses at Baptist Health-Little Rock were less than pleasant to me and my husband on my surgery day which was terrifying considering I couldn’t have any visitors because of COVID..but that is in NO way Dr. Spann’s fault. I 100% recommend him and his practice!
