I have done lip filler and botox at Dr. Spann’s office and my results are always amazing!

Dr Spann and Haley are the absolute best at what they do! They are great at talking you through everything and making sure you understand before you jump head first into something. They also usually have some kind of promotion going or you can sign up for aspire and earn points towards credit on your account so it helps make it all super affordable! The entire staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful as well. I’ve been using them for quite a while now and have always been pleased!

I have had multiple procedures now and LOVE my results. I have so much more confidence in my body after surgeries with Dr Spann. This has also motivated me to be able to lose some weight to better maintain my results. Injections and lasers with Hailey has been a breeze with her light hand, keeping my goal in mind of aging gracefully without looks of overdone or inflated that are more popular these days. My experience has always been top notch.

Dr Spann and his staff are amazing. They truly care about and your needs and provide top notch service!!!! If you are considering plastic surgery, do not go anywhere else, he is truly the BEST!!!!

I am a bariatric patient and have lost 110lb. Dr spann was my 4th consult for a tt, Mr, and breast lift with implants. (Ended up doing a 360 lift, Mr, breast lift and implants) I was hesitant about doing the consult due to having to pay for it. My bf convinced me to go ahead and get it so I did despite already being scheduled for surgery with another Dr. He was honest about my procedures and my expectations. I agreed to do a little more with him compared to others to keep from having to do an additional surgery later (another dr had warned me I may see other things i dont like and want more procedures later). Dr spanns prices are comparable to others in town. Surgery was at Baptist and im thrilled with the results! His staff at LRPS are just as amazing as him! They are always happy to answer questions (i think I called 4x the month before surgery.. always coming up with something else to ask) and are quick to correct any issues that may arrive!
