Dr. Spann is amazing! He walked me through everything step by step and answered all 98 questions I had. His staff is so welcoming and always made sure I was comfortable through each process. Best plastic surgeon in the Mid West- hands down!

Very personable, & very professional. I had a reduction, and I am very happy with the results! (Probably, due in part to his being a perfectionist) I can still wear underwire bras. The incisions can be easily concealed and no dog ears. I also had Renuvion done. This really does work wonders! I would definitely recommend Dr Spann, even if you have to drive over 3 hours to see him. Fortunately, for me, he has a new office opening in Fayetteville.

Artists come in all forms. Dr. Spann is not only a wonderful surgeon, he is an artist! His bedside manner is kind, caring and very informative. We never felt rushed nor minim, simply valued. He was clear on what to expect and answered all questions thoroughly. I would highly recommend Dr. Michael Spann. There’s a wait because he is that good….but so very much worth the wait! Because I have the BRCA2 gene I had a mastectomy and Dr. Spann is doing my reconstruction. He and his staff have been so respectful and compassionate. Despite having complications (my fault not his) he’s never been anything but compassionate and understanding. I just can’t say enough good about Dr. Spann. He has a true calling for plastic surgery and really cares about what he’s doing and that it’s done right!!

I recommend everyone here!! You will be in hands of people who truly care!! I had a scare a little after surgery and was suggested to go to the ER Dr. Spann showed up and stayed with me and made sure all was good!!! It ended up being nothing serious at all, I know not all Dr’s are by their patients sides like that!! Love them!! 14 mths post op😌
