Having to have a bilateral mastectomy for breast cancer is a frightening experience, but from my first visit with Dr. Spann regarding reconstruction options I knew I was in good hands. Noone wants to go through this but my entire experience at the CARTI surgery center was exceptional. Dr. Spann met with me before the surgery to answer any questions and in the surgery he did a wonderful job. He understood that I was not having this done out of any vanity but simply to complete a very traumatizing event in a way that helps me regain my confidence. I cannot recommend Dr. Spann highly enough. I feel blessed to have been referred to him.

Dr Spann and his staff from check in to consult was very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient didn’t have to wait long and the check in process was easy and smooth. Only had a consultation so far but felt as ease and throughly informed about upcoming reconstruction.

Dr Spann is not only excellent at his work, but truly cares about his patients. He takes all the time you need, explains everything throughly. And worked to ensure that after the trauma of cancer I was happy with the reconstruction results. I can’t say enough good things about Dr Spann
