Dr. Spann and staff have the best bedside manner of any doctor I have worked with. I saw Spann for reconstruction post mastectomy and he was/is professional and patient while explaining the medical process with kindness.

Dr. Spann and his team are so awesome! They have made me feel so comfortable in this process. My surgery is in December and I have had tons of questions. All my questions have been answered promptly and also by making sure I had complete understanding. Shelbi has been amazing by helping me get all of my FMLA paperwork in quickly and correctly. The front desk is also amazing. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I have loved this experience so far. I cant wait for my surgery I have full confidence in Dr. Spann and his team

Very personable, & very professional. I had a reduction, and I am very happy with the results! (Probably, due in part to his being a perfectionist) I can still wear underwire bras. The incisions can be easily concealed and no dog ears. I also had Renuvion done. This really does work wonders! I would definitely recommend Dr Spann, even if you have to drive over 3 hours to see him. Fortunately, for me, he has a new office opening in Fayetteville.

Excellent customer service

My wife recently had an eye lift procedure performed by Dr. Spann. We are very pleased with the result. Dr. Spann and his staff are all very professional, but also personal and compassionate. Dr Michael Spann is Awesome The staff is outstanding I had a tummy tuck I blowed my surgery. I went October 18 2023 and had another surgery which consisted of lower body lift tummy tuck with liposuction and breast reduction I am very grateful thankful that Dr Spann and his staff took care of me.
