Dr Michael Spann is Awesome The staff is outstanding I had a tummy tuck I blowed my surgery. I went October 18 2023 and had another surgery which consisted of lower body lift tummy tuck with liposuction and breast reduction I am very grateful thankful that Dr Spann and his staff took care of me. I knew my life was in good hands and I wasn’t nervous I was truly blessed to have them in my healthcare circle ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Having to have a bilateral mastectomy for breast cancer is a frightening experience, but from my first visit with Dr. Spann regarding reconstruction options I knew I was in good hands. Noone wants to go through this but my entire experience at the CARTI surgery center was exceptional. Dr. Spann met with me before the surgery to answer any questions and in the surgery he did a wonderful job. He understood that I was not having this done out of any vanity but simply to complete a very traumatizing event in a way that helps me regain my confidence. I cannot recommend Dr. Spann highly enough. I feel blessed to have been referred to him.
