Dr Spann and Haley are the absolute best at what they do! They are great at talking you through everything and making sure you understand before you jump head first into something. They also usually have some kind of promotion going or you can sign up for aspire and earn points towards credit on your account so it helps make it all super affordable! The entire staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful as well. I’ve been using them for quite a while now and have always been pleased!

After losing 140 pounds I had a lot of lose skin. Although lighter on the scales my belly and upper arms looked as if they had melted. Still hating my body, I started looking for a good Doctor. I found and amazing one with Dr Spann. I never dreamed my tummy would be as flat as it was when I was in my early 20’s and my arms….just let me say I now wear tank tops. I haven’t felt comfortable enough to wear tank tops for over 5 years. A bikini or two have also been addd to my swim ware. I couldn’t be happier with the tummy tuck and arm lift Dr Spann did. Let me add that Dr Spann and his staff are the nicest people. Shortly after my surgery I had to be hospitalized for hiatal hernia surgery. Dr Spann came to the hospital to check on me, he is truly a caring and sweet Doctor. In fact his whole staff is equally wonderful! I highly recommend Dr Spann for any procedure you are wanting to have. He listens to you and thoroughly explains things in a way you can understand. His mannerisms as well as his staffs, made me feel a 100% comfortable. So much so that the day of my surgery I was excited and not nervous. I highly recommend him!

I love Doctor Spann, his work is the best!! I have had a tummy tuck and lipo in 2019 I have gotten great results. He makes u feel comfortable. His staff members are so nice and sweet and caring. Doctor Spann, is very honest .He goes over and beyond his work to make sure u get the results u need. The Facility is very clean. One the scale 0-10 he is a 10+. I would highly recommend him. I always brag on his work ethic. Thanks Doctor Spann, and his workers, thank y’all so much for being a sweet heart.

Very positive experience. Dr. Spann did a great job, answered any questions and had a kind bedside manner. His nurse was wonderful as were all the office staff.

Dr. Spann and the staff at LR Plastic Surgery are top notch. They demonstrated tremendous care and concern for me throughout my entire time with them. Dr. Spann's passion for what he does shows in the way he treats his patients. His nurses and office staff are very accommodating and caring. My only regret is waiting as long as I did to have surgery. I feel great and LRPS has helped me get to this point. I highly recommend LRPS!
