Dr. Spann is an amazing Dr. but even a better person. I have had several interactions with him during my wife’s recovery from cancer he has done great work and always does it with a smile, and always so full of compassion. Thanks Dr. Spann for all your concern and the follow up calls you truly are a class act!

Dr. Spann is not only a very skilled physician but a very kind and compassionate person. I had a nipple sparing double mastectomy in September and I am so happy with the results of the surgery. I did immediate reconstruction and Dr. Spann did an incredible job. From my first consultation with Dr. Spann to the follow up visits after my surgery he made sure to listen to my questions, take time to answer every one and show so much compassion to me. His entire staff was the exact same way. Dr. Spann is so skilled at what he does and I am so pleased with how normal my breasts look. He is so gifted in what he does and what makes him an incredible physician is not only his abilities in the operating room but his bedside manner as well. I would recommend Dr. Spann to anyone having to have reconstruction or any plastic surgery for that matter.

I just had my breast reduction done. The surgery process went so smooth, I didn't even know I had anything done when I woke up, until I looked down. I am in such awe at the expertise of Dr. Spann. I was about a size H, and he was able to reduce my size to a B/C!! I really just wanted them very small because my large breasts gave me so many problems. And Dr. Spann understood that I wanted them small. Just being able to breathe effortlessly is such a big deal!! Before, my breasts weighed down on my diaphragm and it's such a big difference, I just wanted to cry. Dr. Spann is a miracle worker! I can't be thankful enough for this! They were able to get my paperwork done and get my insurance approval in such a speedy time since my operation was a medical necessity. I'm just so happy, this is a real life changer. And on a great note, they are so generous in pain management. After I got home the same day, I barely feel any pain!! My pain level is only like 2. I keep up on my medication, but I'm such at an awe because I've heard so many people say they are in pain after. The pain management is 300x better than when I had a C-section at UAMS. Dr. Spann and his clinic is so very sweet. I'm overweight, and they treated me very well and not like I was different . They didn't even mention my weight (I know most doctors like to lecture about that), and was still able to do what I needed them to do. Thank you guys so much!!!!

Great plastic surgeon.

I had a tummy tuck with Dr Spann and cannot say enough great things about him and his staff!! He was so personable in my consultation and made me feel completely comfortable. I booked my surgery the day of my consultation, because I was so excited after meeting him. My results have exceeded my expectations! Dr Spann gave me my confidence back and I have never felt better about my body. He and his staff are so nice and helpful. They make you feel like family! In my opinion, Dr Spann is the best surgeon there is!!

I had been to a couple other Docters before Dr Spann was recommended to me by another Dr. Dr Spann and staff are super patient with you! They take there time with you and will answer all questions you have (more then once if you ask the same question more then once). I felt like I was the only person around knowing that all rooms were full and waiting room had people in it. I feel absolutely amazing after surgery and I can not wait to have more done by this Dr and Staff. I would not even consider going any place else.
