Dr. Spann is unbelievable. Extremely talented, beautiful personality & takes care of his patients so well. His work is BEAUTIFUL. He really takes time to make sure he makes the feature he's working on perfect, & that's so important. I am truly so happy with my results & how well my procedure was. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Spann. I couldn't thank him enough for what he has done for me.

I am very pleased with my overall experience with Dr. Spann. His nurses and office girls are ALL super nice and helpful. This was my first cosmetic surgery, and Dr. Spann was eager to answer any of my questions. Their equipment in office is cutting edge. For my breast augmentation, they were able to create a realistic digital image with a new 3D imagery machine. I was also able to try on different size implants with bras without feeling rushed at all. My surgery day went smoothly, and the entire staff was informative at every little step leading up to the surgery. The prices are affordable too, from what I had researched. What a great group of people! I would never go to anyone else.

I had such a wonderful experience at little rock plastic surgery. Dr. Spann is very personable and easy to talk to. He went above and beyond to be sure that I was pleased with the outcome. His staff was so kind and helpful with everything from scheduling to the 100 questions I had. Love my results. Highly recommend.

Dr. Spann and his staff are absolutley AMAZING! I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at his office! Heck, I loved it so much that I referred my own mother to go see him! If you are even considering having a procedure done, just go talk to Dr.Spann and his team, and I promise you won't want to choose anyone else! They are the best in town hands down!

Dr. Spann is an awesome surgeon! I really appreciate his professionalism and working with me on some recent wounds that had difficulty healing after surgery from another doctor. They look so much better!! He gave great patient care and had friendly and accommodating staff! He really has a great team to support his practice! Definitely would recommend him to ANYONE possibly considering surgery!!
