There is no one in Arkansas that has the compassion, skill, patience, dedication to excellence, customer service, and kindness like Dr. Michael Spann and his staff. I continue to be amazed by every aspect of this clinic. Do yourself a favor and go here FIRST! One of the most expensive mistakes you will ever make is doing a cosmetic procedure twice. Do it right the first time. Go see this clinic!

I went to LR Plastic Surgery after going to 4 other clinics for a consult. I had almost given up, but I found Addie (the injector), who really saved me here at this clinic. She offered me alternatives to what had been done previously and I then made my first appointment with her. I’ve been to several others over the years and she is, by far, the best. The staff are extremely friendly and easy to talk too. I never wait more than a few minutes. I highly recommend this clinic, they’re great!
