Dr Spann and his crew were so nice and helpful I have had a terrific experience

I recently had 2 appointments, one for Botox and the other for a laser treatment. Both appointments went so smoothly. Addie is so gentle and professional. I highly recommend Little Rock Plastic Surgery for all your needs.

Dr. Spann and his team are so awesome! They have made me feel so comfortable in this process. My surgery is in December and I have had tons of questions. All my questions have been answered promptly and also by making sure I had complete understanding. Shelbi has been amazing by helping me get all of my FMLA paperwork in quickly and correctly. The front desk is also amazing. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I have loved this experience so far. I cant wait for my surgery I have full confidence in Dr. Spann and his team

Very personable, & very professional. I had a reduction, and I am very happy with the results! (Probably, due in part to his being a perfectionist) I can still wear underwire bras. The incisions can be easily concealed and no dog ears. I also had Renuvion done. This really does work wonders! I would definitely recommend Dr Spann, even if you have to drive over 3 hours to see him. Fortunately, for me, he has a new office opening in Fayetteville.
