Breast augmentation Revision
This patient presented for a breast augmentation revision. Especially relevant, another surgeon over-dissected her right implant pocket. The significant implant differences on the chest wall and lack of volume troubled her.
Dr. Spann performed a revision on the right breast whereby he revised the pocket and implant position. Implants placed at the time of the revision were 275 and 300 ml moderate plus.
This is a 47-year-old female presented for breast reduction after failing conservative therapies. You can see in her preoperative images the significant asymmetry, trapezius hypertrophy, and shoulder strap grooving.
Through an outpatient procedure that took about and hour and a half, two pounds were removed from each side. She had almost immediate relief of her neck pain.

Facelift is one of my favorite operations. I believe the essential face as evident by the results in the neck, jowls, cheeks, and around the mouth. This 70 year-old patient is an excellent illustration of this technique and results that can be achieved.
This case represents a before and after of a rhinoplasty in combination with a chin implant by Dr. Michael Spann. As you will see in her preoperative evaluation that she has a significant dorsal pump, poor tip aesthetics, and chin recession. Her operative planning included improving the dorsal aesthetic line in combination with improved tip rotation and profile view by adding a chin implant. This young lady presented within desire to improve the appearance of her nose. She was specifically bothered by the tip as well as the dorsal hump. Her aesthetic evaluation revealed significant dorsal hump in combination with the boxy tip. She underwent an open rhinoplasty. The biggest concern in a patient with a “Boxy” tip would be to avoid over-resection of the cartilage and giving an unnatural appearance. Her images are one year after surgery.

This young lady presented for rhinoplasty with dorsal hump reduction alone. While she would’ve benefitted from a tip rhinoplasty, she chose to proceed with dorsal reduction only. Her procedure was performed to a closed approach which required a simple incision inside of the nose. She has no visible external incisions.
